 Can I request a custom whenever? You may only request them when they are open. They are open almost always unless said other wise above in the title of this journal. (If reading on my DA page click to read more) How much do they cost It depends on what you want, the theme, and how much detail you want put into it. They can range from  30 - 200+ points.
